These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WishShop (the "Service"). By using the Service or purchasing a bundle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This page is maintained by the operator of WishShop to answer common questions about how the Service works.
1. About the Service
WishShop sells curated digital bundles — including graphic designs, video presets, software resources, backgrounds, and Photoshop brushes — for one-time download. Products are delivered as digital files or links after payment is confirmed.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please provide accurate information at sign-up so we can deliver your purchases.
3. Payments
All payments are processed by Instamojo. WishShop does not store your card or banking details. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Access to a bundle is granted after payment is successfully verified.
4. Delivery
After payment verification you will receive access to the bundle's files or a delivery link. Delivery may be automatic or sent manually to the email address on your order. If you have not received your bundle within a reasonable window, contact us at hello@wishshop.example.
5. License & Use
Unless a bundle states otherwise, purchased files are licensed for personal and commercial use by the buyer. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the raw files. All intellectual property in the underlying works remains with the original creators.
6. Refunds
Because bundles are digital and delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the delivery link has been provided. If a bundle is materially defective or you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at hello@wishshop.example and we will review your request in good faith.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access accounts or files you do not own, uploading unlawful content in reviews, or interfering with the normal operation of the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers for payments (Instamojo), authentication, hosting, and file delivery. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their handling of your data.
9. Disclaimer & Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WishShop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or downloaded files.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
